Movie plot
Officer Li Jian became friends with a kindergarten student Bobby who was badly injured in an accident, which made him hate street racers even more. Billy, a spoiled young man from a rich family, constantly broke traffic rules, even knocked down a traffic police to death. Bill was at large under the protection of his father, but Officer Li found a way to deliver justice.
